I worked with TMRZV Studio on a CGI product film for the VSX Sports Bra.
The sequence moves from individual yarn loops and the woven VSX logo to close views of the finished fabric and bra.

Brief
Show the construction of the VSX Sports Bra in a short product film. The animation needed to connect the small details of the knit with the shape of the finished product.
Process
I built the knit and weave simulations in Houdini, from interlocking yarn loops to the raised VSX logo. In Blender, I refined the materials, lighting and product views.
My role
I created the 3D product animation, materials and lighting, along with the Houdini simulations. TMRZV Studio handled creative direction, sound and compositing.
Result
The film brings the fabric details and product views into one sequence. The accompanying breakdowns show how the yarn loops and woven logo were built.
